Welcome! I'm a technology professional with experience spanning software development, cybersecurity, technical instruction, and digital media. I enjoy building software, solving complex technical problems, and helping others understand technology.
Over the past several years, I've designed and developed database-driven web applications, automated technical workflows, integrated REST APIs, and built software using Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Lua, and other modern development tools. My work has included application design, database architecture, deployment, performance optimization, and systems troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments.
Alongside software development, I've spent nearly eight years teaching computer science to middle and high school students through project-based learning. That said, my approach extends beyond just teaching programming languages - I mentor students in analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and logical reasoning, helping them develop skills that can be utilized across technology, mathematics, and everyday challenges.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively in digital media, visual effects, user interface design, and 3D graphics. That creative foundation continues to influence my approach to software development by emphasizing usability, attention to detail, and thoughtful design.
Most recently, I completed a Cybersecurity Certificate to build on my experience in software engineering and systems troubleshooting. I'm actively pursuing opportunities in cybersecurity and software development where I can continue solving challenging technical problems while expanding my knowledge and contributing to meaningful projects.
